No additional repairs or services beyond the original scope of work will be performed without customer approval. We believe in honest communication and will always make reasonable efforts to explain any recommended changes before continuing work.
Certain projects may require the purchase of parts, materials, or special-order items. In these cases, a deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins.
Prices for parts and materials are subject to supplier availability and market pricing and may change without notice.
Customers may choose to provide their own parts or materials. However, West Tennessee Handyman & Mobile Mechanic cannot guarantee the quality, compatibility, or performance of customer-supplied items.
Warranty coverage does not apply to failures caused by defective, incorrect, or customer-provided parts and materials.

Our mobile mechanic services are designed for basic repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting that can safely be performed at the customer’s location.
Some repairs may require specialized equipment, lifts, shop facilities, or manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools that are not available through mobile service. In such situations, we may recommend that the vehicle be transported to an appropriate repair facility.
While we strive to accurately diagnose vehicle issues, some problems may require additional testing, disassembly, or inspection before a final diagnosis can be confirmed.
Appointment availability may vary based on workload, weather conditions, travel distance, parts availability, and service requirements. While we make every effort to accommodate urgent requests, same-day service cannot always be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, vehicle, or property. Work may be delayed or rescheduled if unsafe conditions, access restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances prevent the work from being completed safely.
